Welcome to Chi-Motion®  Live.   During  the Covid-19  pandemic  it is even more important to stay healthy and well in body and mind.  Live Zoom group classes offers you the opportunity to enjoy exercise and personal development in the comfort of your own home whilst linking with like minded people and friends.    Whether you are a regular to holistic exercise or you would like to try something new,  this is the perfect time to join me and experience the many benefits  of movement and meditation.  Choose between Pilates, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, ChiBall and Guided Meditation.  

All classes are on a pay as you go basis and the current week's class can be booked via PayPal on this page.  If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact me for details and your booking will be confirmed via email or over the phone.   Please ensure that you have the equipment required  for your chosen class as noted below and some water to hand.  Classes are £5 each and for double sessions (i.e 2 consecutive hours on the same day) £8.  On booking meeting ID and password will be emailed  or texted to you.   Please state your class reference if you are paying via PayPal together with preferred contact email.    

Classes and timetable are subject to change as and when current restrictions are eased.

One to One outdoor sessions offered by arrangement. If you would prefer a more personal One to One via Zoom please contact me to arrange a suitable date and time or you can book a Zoom session below and I will contact you to arrange a date and time for your session.  If you book below please remember to state your chosen discipline. 

New clients will be asked to complete a confidential Health Questionnaire via email prior to Zoom class attendance.

Beginners welcome although some knowledge or research of your chosen discipline is recommended due to the nature of online tuition.
