Introducing Meadow Wey MeditationsMeadow Wey Guided Meditations with Rosalyn outdoors in Byfleet on Fridays 2.30pm to 3.15pm starting 18th September. Strictly 5 participants per session in nature with social distancing so booking essential. Bring a blanket or mat, cushion, water and something warm to wear. Sessions weather permitting. Outdoor One to One Tuition
Strictly following the 2 metre social distancing rule, location: Outdoors in Byfleet, SurreyRosalyn offers outdoor One to One sessions in the following; Pilates, Tai Chi, Chi Kung and ChiBall . These sessions will be strictly on a one to one basis by arrangement and a distance of 2 metres will be maintained throughout the session. Please attend alone and bring your own mat (for Pilates, ChiBall and Meditation bookings) and a water bottle. A ChiBall can be provided and will be sanitised before and after your session or if you have one, you can bring your own ChiBall. One to One sessions are a great way to learn more about a particular discipline, to understand more fully techniques used in group sessions and an opportunity to try something new in the privacy of your own home before joining a group class. One hour sessions £35. Pilates one to one includes full postural analysis and a tailor made exercise program just for you. 2m social distancing rules apply indoors.
