Having been involved and qualified within the health and fitness industry for over 13 years, Rosalyn has been trained in the ChiBall Method ™by its founder and creator Monica Linford and is also an experienced qualified Instructor of the internationally respected and contemporary STOTT PILATES method. Rosalyn is an Instructor member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and her training and qualification in the pure ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan is also recognized and approved by the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA). Rosalyn now offers pure Tai Chi classes in Wudang style to complement her ChiBall and Pilates classes. The beauty of ChiBall is that anyone of any age and ability can enjoy it due to its gentle and calming nature and no previous exercise experience is necessary. Many of Rosalyn’s clients have expressed an improvement in their health, well-being and general outlook on life.
“Every time I teach ChiBall I feel that I am able to pass on a gift to others. As well as enjoying the obvious benefits of regular exercise, I encourage attendees to tap into their spiritual centre and use the concept to enrich their lives both in and outside of the studio environment”.
Along side ChiBall, Rosalyn also offers Tai Chi and Pilates classes. Her Pilates classes are geared to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced working with the STOTT PILATES method. She provides all her own equipment to ensure that clients receive individual guidance on modifying exercises to suit their needs and can offer general guidance on how to improve posture and flexibility. Within Tai Chi Rosalyn welcomes clients of all ages and abilities to experience and reap the myriad of health benefits of regular Tai Chi and Chi Kung practice. Rosalyn is also now attuned to Level 1 Reiki practice and also teaches BodyPump classes (see timetable for details!)
