Class Focus:

Slow fluid movements that moves every joint (Tai Chi) combined with stillness and deep breathing (yoga postures)

 

  • keep movements calm and slow, quiet reflection within each movement or exercise

  • low fluid movements to cultivate the art of listening, feeling, depth and understanding

  • promote relaxation (stillness) and meditation (reflection) to restore kidney chi, improve memory and concentration, reduce stress, cleanse and re-charge body, mind and spirit

  • deep breathing throughout all movements strengthens kidneys and chi flow
