*    Balance the high energy active phase with relaxation and meditation to calm and balance

*    Dance to rhythm or drums beats to stimulate and lift the mood or spirit

*    Be playful -have fun ~ be sensual, alive and spontaneous!

*    Organise and attend parties and social events

*    Structure, routine and continuity feeds the heart energy

*    Go to the theatre, listen to uplifting music

Focus:

*        ChiBall movement creating heat to release tension and eliminate toxins, to enliven, stimulate and energise!

*       Seated Yoga postures to promote concentration, self-awareness, and stability of mind and body.

*       floor based postures (yoga) and exercises (Pilates) to consolidate the Chi and return to a sense of centre.

*        Spontaneous and playful exploration for self-awareness and relaxation to cool the fire and balance the yin/yang energies.

*        Feldenkrais to cool and calm the spirit and develop self-awareness.

*        slow down rate of speech and allow gaps between suggestions and instructions.
