One to Ones in Nature - 

strictly following the 2 metre social distancing rule, location: Outdoors in KT14 area 

Following the Government's modifications on the 13th May to the current Covid 19 Lockdown rules,  Rosalyn is now offering outdoor One to One sessions in the following; Pilates, Tai Chi, Chi Kung and ChiBall .  These sessions will be strictly on a one to one basis by arrangement and a distance of 2 metres will be maintained throughout the session.  Please attend alone and bring your own mat (for Pilates, ChiBall and Meditation bookings) and a water bottle.  A ChiBall can be provided and will be cleaned before and after your session or if you have one, you can bring your own ChiBall. Pilates one to one includes full postural analysis and a tailor made exercise program just for you. Party sessions also available. Unique holistic class combining ancient philosophies and modern exercise disciplines using a small fragranced ball for mind-body focus.  Includes Tai Chi, gentle Dance moves, Yoga, Pilates, Self Awareness (Feldenkrais) and Deep Relaxation.  

Ancient Chinese Martial Art using gentle graceful movements that stimulate "Chi" or energy flow through the meridian system, developing a more efficient body for health and longevity.  Working with both Chi Kung to promote awareness of breath and Chi flow and Tai Chi Chuan, learning Wudang Form incorporating martial applications hidden in soft flow and moving meditation.

This contemporary mind body exercise concept is based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates and works with the core muscles to strengthen the spine, improve flexibility and re-align poor posture whilst working with breath and mental focus.   This method is now widely recommended by health professionals for the alleviation of many spinal and back issues and for rehabilitation following injury.

This unique workout combines elements of Pilates, Yoga and Meditation within a flowing sequence of movement with emphasis on breath and fluidity.  Zenga works with the myofascial meridians of the body through movement, conditioning and strengthening exercises promoting flexibility and a more youthful and resilient body.
