For some, discovering The ChiBall Method will be a life changing experience, opening the door to a wealth of information on how to begin the journey towards a new healthier way of living by combining ancient and modern exercise disciplines, living in tune with nature, balancing your energies and developing a calmness of mind that will come with the practice of Deep Relaxation.

Regular practice of Pilates will improve the way that you look, feel and move.  Pilates is an increasingly popular form of exercise which is widely respected and recommended by the medical profession for the treatment of many postural and back problems.  Pilates can improve your core strength, stability, flexibility and muscle endurance.

Tai Chi works with our vital energy, our personal power to energise and stimulate internal organs promoting a balance within  our Yin and Yang energies whilst harmonising both body and mind and bringing about inner peace and strength.

Complementing each other, practice of The ChiBall Method, Pilates  and Tai Chi can provide you with a sense of well-being in body, mind and spirit!
